How it works

From scattered apps to one clean dashboard.

Four steps, no setup project. You connect, MyDash does the rest: pulls the numbers, lines them up, compares them and sends them to you.

Free for 2 apps. No card needed.

Step 1

Connect the apps you use

Pick your apps and sign in to each one. MyDash never sees your passwords.

  • Sign in, pick the account

Choose the Instagram account, Facebook Page, ad account, Google Analytics property, store or location you want. Run two shops or two Instagram accounts? Connect both.

  • One sign-in, several apps

Your Facebook sign-in covers Instagram, Facebook and Meta Ads. Your Google sign-in covers YouTube, Google Ads and Google Analytics. Connect the second one without signing in again.

  • A few need a little more

PayPal asks you to paste API keys from your PayPal account. Shopify asks for your store address. The stock watchlist only needs ticker symbols.

Step 2

See your numbers in one place

The key numbers from each app fill your dashboard on their own, as soon as the first sync finishes.

  • 3 to 5 numbers per app

Revenue and expenses from QuickBooks, followers and reach from Instagram, orders and top product from Shopify. The numbers each app is best at, nothing to configure.

  • Make it yours

Add, remove and reorder cards. Switch between today, the last 7 days and the last 30.

  • Everywhere you are

The same dashboard on the web, iPhone and Android, with one account.

Step 3

Compare with the period before

Every number sits next to the same period before it: today against yesterday, 30 days against the 30 before. Tap any card to see both periods on one chart.

Green and red follow what is good for you, not the arrow:

RevenueQuickBooks

$84.3K up9%, good

ExpensesQuickBooks

$31.2K up6%, bad

RefundsStripe

$410 down12%, good

Ad spendMeta Ads

$2,460 up5%, neutral

Example numbers. Ad spend is grey: more is not good or bad on its own.

Step 4

Get it sent, and get alerted

Your numbers come to you, so you don’t have to remember to look.

  • Scheduled updates

Choose what (some cards or all), how often and where: by email, text, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Teams, Slack or Notion. Daily updates cover yesterday against the day before, weekly the last 7 full days, monthly the last 30, at the local time you pick.

  • Alerts

Get told when a number goes above or below a line, or changes by a percentage: “Revenue passes $100K”, “Followers up 10%”, “AAPL moves 5% either way”. Alerts are checked every time your numbers update, and won’t repeat for 24 hours unless you change that.

  • Push on your phone

The iPhone and Android apps can also deliver updates and alerts as notifications.

Fresh and safe

Up to date, read-only, encrypted.

  • Synced about every hour

And right after you connect, or when you tap Sync now. QuickBooks syncs every 3 hours and Amazon every 2, to stay within their limits.

  • Honest about late data

Some platforms report late: TikTok, YouTube, PayPal and Amazon Seller. MyDash marks today’s number when it is not final yet.

  • Read-only and encrypted

MyDash reads account-level totals only. Access tokens and keys are encrypted at rest. Disconnect an app or delete your account at any time.

What MyDash is not: a BI tool. No formulas, no joining data across apps, no custom fields. If you need that, request a custom dashboard.

See every number that matters, today.

Connect your first app and your dashboard fills itself with its key numbers. Then choose when and where to get them.
