What is MyDash?

A simple KPI dashboard for small businesses and creators. Connect the apps you already use, see 3 to 5 headline numbers from each in one place, compared with the previous period, and get them sent to you by email, text, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Teams, Slack or Notion.

Which apps can I connect?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Close, QuickBooks, Stripe, Square, PayPal, Clover, Shopify, Amazon Seller, Monday.com, Stock watchlist. ADP is coming soon.

See every integration

Can MyDash change anything in my accounts?

No. MyDash only reads account-level totals, like revenue or followers. It never posts, edits or moves money. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect an app at any time.

How fresh are the numbers?

MyDash syncs every connected app about once an hour, and when you tap Sync now. Some platforms report late: TikTok and YouTube can be a day or two behind, and MyDash tells you when today’s number is not final yet.

Do I need a developer to set it up?

No. Most apps connect by signing in. PayPal is the exception: you create API keys in your PayPal account and paste them in, and we show you where to find them.

Is it a BI or reporting tool?

No, on purpose. MyDash shows the numbers each app already knows, side by side. If you need something bespoke, like a number combined from two apps, request a custom dashboard.
